Did you spring forward? I did! I've been waiting for the extra hour of sunlight since we Fell Back. I can hardly wait to shed the rest of these layers. Ask my friends, I always have an extra scarf or hoodie in my bag. I'm a Caribbean baby, I'm not about this Winter life.

It's time to get in gear and get those Spring bodies in motion to get those Summer bodies tight! Just put in an order for new running shoes, it's time to get outside again!
