Hey Fellas, it’s not game if you have to tear down another man to make yourself look better. It’s weak. It shows me you can’t shine on your own. It shows me you can’t handle competition and your insecurity is basically screaming at me.

For example:

Guy: You’re single? Don’t tell me that!

Girl: Yep, I am

Guy: Oh Ok, so are you dating?

Girl: Yes, I’m enjoying myself

Guy: They’re not trying to scoop you up? They’re dating other girls too huh?

No thanks. The above convo just….no. Don’t assume she wants to be in a relationship. Maybe she’s legitimately enjoying herself.

Also, don’t shade the other guys for doing the same. That line to me implies, well I wouldn’t date other girls, like those other dogs. But why they gotta be dogs though? Perhaps, just maybe, we both want to get to know each other and feel each other out before getting into a committed relationship. Three dates does not a relationship make. That’s obviously not set in stone, everyone mates in different ways but for me, I need to like you as a person, as a friend before I can wife you up. I’ve been able to talk to my exes, because I’m awesome! That and because I can actually pinpoint things I like about you as a person. Didn’t work out romantically? Fine, but we can be friends.
